Never ready!
I switched to this Boots because Lloyds at Sidley were shutting due to lack of pharmacists for the workload? This again I believe was due to a transfer of xxxxx number of patients from the De La Warr branch which was shut 2 years ago - why - we dont know. I expected Boots to be efficient but there are long waits in a single queue that sometimes goes out the door and it seems that no one can collect their prescription directly. Having waited in a long queue myself and when I get to the cunter my prescription is not ready. I have insisted at times I must wait due to necessity but offten I am told to come back either l;ater or the next day. I have a very busy diary and this is not always possible and parking can be an issue. Id really like to transfer back to Lloyds in Turkey Road but travelling to discover it is closed on 1 or 2 days a week is not acceptable either for my time or the planet - having to drive to both! Suggestions welcome.
