Difficult to change location of prescription

I have a regular prescription that I pick up once every 2 months from Boots in the Arndale Centre, Eastbourne, as I work there but live in Peacehaven.
They have just sent me a text ready to pick up, but I obviously don't go all the way to Eastbourne to pick up
I have looked on their website and there is no help on how to get pick up at nearest store (Newhaven) and they give you a local phone number, but when you phone does not go anywhere
The national phone number takes you round in a circle and again you don't go anywhere
I have a copy of my prescription, so at some point will go to Boots in Newhaven before I run out and hopefully sort

Boots Medisure service (blister pack prescriptions) responded very quickly to my request for packs to be delivered with a week in hand. Previously, they were only delivered on the same day that the old pack finished. Within a couple of days of asking, the new packs arrived with a week to spare. No need for last minute medicine worries now!
