AWFUL

I phoned on a Monday afternoon -no one picked up the phone - the answering voice message repeatedly tells callers to keep calling back - no online way to book an appointment, and no e-consultancy service available - what on earth is the point of having a docs surgery that makes it so hard to communicate with them? AWFUL!!!AWFUL!!!
