Doing a good job in the face of huge pressure
The surgery has to cope with a massive, ever expanding number of people and tbh I’m amazed they achieve anything. ESSC keeps approving development in Peacehaven without any new amenities and it’s only thanks to the hard work of the staff, who operate in the face of some hugely unthinking residents that anyone gets anything done. The receptionists can be terse and very forgetful (losing vital samples which meant I was denied treatment for a bacterial infection for two additional weeks) but when you see what they have to cope with I guess it’s hardly surprising, all the doctors and nurses I’ve seen have been lovely but they shouldn’t be expected to work under this pressure
