No longer able to obtain drugs prescribed

Kept waiting without any acknowledgement. Then told unable to supply drugs as prescribed. No longer receive text message so no idea when ready if they are available. Have to source from more distant/larger chain group (eg Boots). Almost impossible to see any doctor now....

been fantastic looking after my elderly mum

my mum is in her 90's and all the Drs have looked after her very well, even during the Covid-19 pandemic they where always available to speak with, by phone and in person. Receptionist are friendly and helpful and nothing is to much trouble.

Receptionists have been very helpful and friendly recently, and service has been good considering the extra pressure.
