The phone waiting times are poor
The phone waiting time in hold are quite confusing as you don’t know how many are in front of you and you don’t know how long the wait it - when it is answered staff aren’t too confident in finding the right appointment with the right professional for your need - I find it really strange that you can’t pre book an appointment as they’ve ‘all run out’ I’m not sure how you can’t pre book to plan and elevate pressure on the service for less people having to keep phoning in
