Great service

I recently fell and was taken to Lewes Victoria Hospital for an xray. I had a broken shoulder and was given Ibuprofen and sent home. For 5 days I was still in pain and was taking painkillers. A friend of mine found the Joint Rehabilitation Service (JCR) and my life changed. After an interview to discover my needs. I was visited morning and night for 6 weeks to help dress and undress and anything else I needed help with, time no object.
