Receptionist completely unhelpful

Called to ask for advice on getting my father assessed for dementia. Receptionist was rude, patronising, condescending AND of no help what so ever! I'm concerned about my fathers safety and mindset and all she kept doing was going round in circles and not helping in any way at all! Would not recommend this surgery just based on the fact that the reception staff showed absolutely no concern at all for my father's welfare and I was told 'well what do you expect us to do'?!?! Disgusted!!!!

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry that our reception team did not offer the help required. Patient care is very important to us and we would encourage you to get in touch with our Practice Manager so she can investigate this fully and ensure it doesn’t happen again. We are also concerned about your father and would value the opportunity for one of our GPs to talk you about your concerns to get him the help and support he needs.
