Seaside Dental Practice Limited

I've been with this Dental Practice for years until they recently decided to remove me from their list. The reason given, was that I had missed an appointment! This is a total fabrication as I didn't miss one! I was told it was pre-Covid, but I keep a diary and also paid upfront for my treatment, so I know this is not the case.
I was advised to email the Practice Manager but she's not responded.

Wanted to sign up as an NHS patient but was told I’d have to have one X-ray and one treatment privately before they would consider me as an NHS patient - couldn’t afford that so I wasn’t allowed treatment.

Despite their website and the NHS website stating that they are currently taking NHS patients, they’re not. Feel you are encouraged to ring for an appointment only for the hard sell to become a private patient to commence.

I have been with this Dental Practice for many years now. I have nothing but praise for how they handle my Dental and Health problems.

Went for a check up and was in agony, spitting blood for well over 3 hours for just a check up
