Hygienist appointment

I got referred here after my dentist practice stated they couldn’t accommodate my appointment due to equipment issues. I arrived and knocked on the door as stated. Receptionist was lovely. However, when I had my appointment it only last 10 minutes which I wouldn’t say is thorough (previous hygienist in London have spent at least half an hour) but clear in explanation. Other staff kept popping in and out for equipment without knocking first (maybe they should be organised before I went to have my appointment)! Door was wide open - any members of the public could have seen me having my teeth done (not very private)! Will not be going here again if referred!
