DOCTOR WONT SEE ME

Asked for antibiotics as I have a chest infection, got told its a viral infection. How can the doctor say this when they haven't seen me. I know my body I know its a chest infection. Also got told that an appointment has been made for my other symptoms? Weight loss and lumps which is not me I did not give anyone these symptoms, so the poor lady that does have these symptoms has not received the appointment. I now have to re ring in the morning to get a second opinion even though I haven't been seen by anyone to start with.
