Healthwatch East Sussex can respond to collective issues raised by the public. The more concerns that are brought to our attention about a certain issue, the quicker it can take action, and the more power it will have to make positive changes.

This is your opportunity to speak up as your experiences are invaluable to making things happen and you can provide direct feedback on individual providers here.

Be aware, if you think you may need non-urgent medical help call 111. For the out of hours service,  phone your GP surgery and listen to the recorded message. Your call will either be automatically diverted or you will be given another number to ring.
