New main reception for Princess Royal Hospital

The Princess Royal Hospital has a beautiful new main reception desk. It was given a revamp to make it more professional looking for the public when they arrive at the hospital.
The receptionists and volunteers at the desk play a vital role in directing patients and visitors to the right areas of the hospital, as well as dealing with enquiries and any issues they may have.
Gayna Flatt, who jobshares as the main Receptionist with Karen Clarke, said: “I absolutely love it. The reception desk has been at the hospital for 24 years and this is the best it’s ever looked.”
