SECAmb Patient and Public Engagement Survey

South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmb) wants you to have your say on Patient and Public Engagement Strategy.

The survey includes four questions which will only take a few minutes to complete.

The last question in the survey includes a text box for you to add any comments you may have. If you would like your answers to remain anonymous, please do not share any personal identifiable information.

Your input will contribute to the Patient and Public Engagement strategy with patient needs and expectations, supporting continuous improvement and enhancing patient outcomes.
