Would you like to play a key role in the strategy development and delivery of the Brighton and Sussex Health Research Partnership (HRP)?
The Brighton and Sussex Health Research Partnership (HRP), established in 2022 by Brighton and Sussex Medical School (BSMS), is an exciting initiative bringing together academic and National Health Service (NHS) partners across Sussex.
Following a consultation in March 2023 on how we could involve members of the public in the strategic and ongoing development of the HRP they are launching the HRP public, community, involvement and engagement (PCIE) advisory group.
To start with, they are looking to recruit four Public Advisers, members of the public to join this group and we are keen to welcome people who share our passion for helping health and care research to be more accessible and relevant to everyone in Sussex.
Applications are invited from any NHS service user, patient, carer, or member of the public who resides in Sussex and is age 18 and over and meets the role description requirements.
This is not an employment role however they can offer remuneration for you time in line with current National Institute Health Research (NIHR) guidance.
The closing date for applications is midnight on Sunday 3rd September 2023
