Carers Survey 2016

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is committed to providing high quality services across Sussex. We want to make sure that carers of people using our services are well supported and given the information they need so that they can support their friends or family members to the best of their abilities.

In order to achieve this goal we are undertaking a survey of the carers of people who use our services. This survey will run through September to early-October. Sussex Partnership carried out this same survey last year at this time, and so by repeating it again this year we are hoping to find where we have improved and where we must try harder.

Also please find attached a flyer for your notice boards to advertise the survey which we ask you to print off and put up. Also attached are some notes giving a few more details about the survey for your staff.

We will also send out some hard copies of the survey along with the pre-paid addressed envelopes for those who do not have access to the internet and would be very grateful if you could hand these out.
