ESBT – Connected Care Assessment Workshop
In November, the ESBT digital team, along with the Academic Health Science Networks (AHSN) undertook an assessment to better understand how well we are delivering what matters to local people and how well we use digital technology to improve health and wellbeing.
The assessment workshops were well attended and provided a collective view on priorities for improvement around how well equipped our ESBT Alliance is to respond to the digital needs of users and local people. Key outcomes from the assessment include the validation of the current ESBT digital strategy plans, strengthened relationships and engagement with staff teams, our local people, plus stronger links with supporting organisations; AHSN and Healthwatch East Sussex.
A report of the assessment process and outcomes is available from the digital team upon request.
Outcomes from the assessment process will be used to evolve and strengthen the digital strategy and to identify the priorities for the connected project work streams.
