Are changes in the cost of living affecting your health and wellbeing?

July 16, 2024

Healthwatch East Sussex want you to tell us about any effects that changes in the cost of living are having.

We want to hear about:

  • Effects on your day-to-day life
  • Changes in your behaviour or choices
  • Impacts on your use of health and care services

Our goal is to help decision-makers understand any impacts on people’s physical and mental health, use of services, or support needs so that services can understand and adapt.

Complete our survey

Please spend 10-15 minutes to complete our short survey so that we can hear how things are for you.

We want to know:

  • Whether your financial situation has changed and any impacts this has had?
  • How cost of living changes may have affected your physical and mental wellbeing?
  • What changes have you made in response to cost-of-living increases and what effect have they had on your quality of life?
  • Have cost-of-living increases affected how you access health and care services?

Our survey is open to everyone, so do share it with family, friends and colleagues.

If you require support to complete our survey, or would like to receive a copy in another format, please contact us using the details at the bottom of the page.
