East Sussex Community Voice (ESCV) are recruiting a Senior Engagement Officer

Our host organisation, East Sussex Community Voice (ESCV) are recruiting a Senior Engagement Officer; this role will drive forward a strategic and diverse approach to engagement across our diverse activities, including Healthwatch.

Working pattern: 35 hours per week

Salary: £28,815 – £30,973 depending on experience plus 6% employers pension contribution

Annual Leave: 28 days per year plus Bank Holidays

Contract duration: Permanent

Location: Hybrid working at the ESCV office in Eastbourne, with  regular travel across East Sussex as required.


ESCV are seeking an organised individual with excellent project management and engagement skills.

This role will build on our strong connections and reputation for taking a planned approach to engagement, including building a strong and diverse volunteer team to support the delivery of our projects.

The postholder will work with the Volunteering and Engagement Manager to create and deliver a clear engagement strategy for the organisation, focussing on how we can better hear from all people within East Sussex.
