Healthwatch East Sussex is here to make health and social care services work for the people who use them.
You need services that work for you, your friends and family. That’s why we want you to share your experiences of using health and care with us – both good and bad. We use your voice to encourage those who commission and run services to act on what matters to you.
Our role is to ensure that local decision makers and health and care services put the experiences of people at the heart of their work and decision making. We are uniquely placed as a national network, with a local Healthwatch in every local authority area in England.
We would ask you to spare a few minutes to complete our survey, telling us how you think we are doing in ensuring your voice is heard. At the end you have the opportunity to tell us a little bit about yourself, but we will not ask for your personal or identifiable information in this process.
