New Healthwatch East Sussex website coming soon

From mid-April 2025 we will be changing our Healthwatch East Sussex website.

The new website aims to improve user experience and be more accessible, offering improved graphics, layout and simplified navigation.

However, this change does mean we will no longer offer our Feedback Centre in its current form.

Instead, we will move to a revised Feedback Centre model using a website feedback form for you to share your feedback or queries with us. Comments will no longer be publicly posted or visible, nor will providers be able to respond to them directly. This is the model currently used by a significant portion of the Healthwatch network.

Moving forwards, as now, we will continue to collate and analyse the feedback we receive and where appropriate share this with service commissioners and providers to increase insight, respond to concerns and support people with their enquiries.

In the meantime, you are still able to leave feedback via our current Feedback Centre and we look forward to sharing the new website with you next month.
