Primary care extended access survey (22 January – 13 February 2018)

February 2, 2018

Eastbourne, Hailsham and Seaford Clinical Commissioning Group and Hastings and Rother Clinical Commissioning Group are GP led membership organisations responsible for commissioning (buying) the majority of health services for local people. We are committed to making sure that everyone has easier access to GP services including appointments on weekday evenings and at weekends, this is called extended access.

Local people are being asked to say when they would like to be able to access GP services outside of the current opening hours by completing a short survey. This survey will give you the opportunity to tell us about when you would like to be able to book extended access GP appointments, where you’d be willing to travel to these services and your views on alternatives to face to face consultations.

The survey will take no longer than 5 minutes to complete and is anonymous. Please ensure all responses are received by Tuesday 13 February 2018. Your views will help inform discussions with potential providers going forward and shape the service we commission locally.

You can also complete this survey online by visiting: consultation.eastsussex.gov.uk/adult-social-care/nhs-gp-survey

Please notconsultation.eastsussex.gov.uk/adult-social-care/nhs-gp-surveye the online survey is being hosted on East Sussex County Council’s consultation hub and they will be processing responses and analysing data on our behalf.
