Tell us your experiences of Hospital-based Patient Advice and Liaison Services (PALS)

March 5, 2024

Who are PALS?

Patient Advice and Liaison Services (PALS) are based in hospitals, and offer confidential advice, support and information on health-related matters.

They also provide a point of contact for patients, their families and their carers.

A detailed explanation of PALS is available on the NHS website.

What we want to know?

As the local independent watchdog for health and care would like to hear about your most recent experiences of Patient Advice and Liaison Services, including:

 – What you’ve used them for?

 – How useful they are for you?

 – Whether they met your needs?

 – What you’d change?
