Tell us your experiences of NHS health and care in Sussex
We are supporting NHS Sussex in promoting a new survey to find out about your experiences and views of local health and care services. Health leaders wish to understand your experiences and views of health and care services across Sussex.
Share your views through this survey on your experiences of current services, what is working well and where improvements could be made.
There is also a spotlight in this survey on the sharing and use of information about your health and wellbeing within the NHS to help inform our work.
The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete and each response will be reviewed and analysed.

Healthwatch are keen that as many public and patients voices and experiences are shared with the NHS as possible, so please spare a few minutes to complete the survey and have your say.
What you share will support improvements in the delivery of key services including Urgent Care, Primary Care services (e.g. GP surgeries and dentists) and the use of personal data and information within and between health and care services.
