Our new feedback centre

The Feedback Centre is our new online feedback tool.

From wherever they choose, people will be able to use the Feedback Centre to easily star rate and leave comments about the health and care services they use.

The Feedback Centre is accessible through mobile phones, PCs, tablets, on our website, Facebook, and through our information line. You can also use one of our freepost envelopes which are being distributed across East Sussex in libraries, GP surgeries, pharmacists, care homes and community centres.

The Feedback Centre will be part of a much larger dataset being collected by Healthwatch East Sussex. Traditional methods of patient and user review will also be collected, such as through our partnerships in the voluntary and community sector and public engagement events.

Analysis of the data will shed light on health and care trends, patterns, and issues virtually in real time. These results will be actively shared with the public and with health and social care organisations.

Healthwatch East Sussex hopes to gain the trust of the public to tell us their experiences: the excellent, the good, as well as where things need to improve. Healthwatch East Sussex believes this tool can play a major role in engaging people to celebrate and improve health and social care in East Sussex.
