NHS 111


they have no idea what to do about covid

my gran became seriously ill with covid (and what was later found out to also be the flu) she is on the clinically vulnerable list. last time she was ill with covid was june 2022 and 111 were very fast at arranging antivirals for her. this time? my mum had to chase for 5-6 days before anyone did anything for my gran's covid. she was seriously ill and we have other clinically vulnerable in the home. they just kept passing us back and forth and saying they didnt know what to do etc. this is appalling. covid is still around but theres next to nothing for clinically vulnerable.
