Staff are highly skilled and committed

My son has been resident since February, and staff are amazing and couldn't do more aid his recovery journey, we feel he is in such safe and expert hands. With the Covid 19 outbreak they are proving themselves again, with careful explanations and adaptions to care plans and leave. Last week we were able to join them for the monthly review meeting with my son by Skype.
Falls service

A friend who has recently been greatly helped by Falls service, practical support in residential accommodation, Mountside, Laton road. Would like to express gratitude on her behalf. A new bed arranged, previous metal frame with minimal covering and protection. Carpets cleaned.
