Disgusting toilets in A&E
Visited weekday morning. Only one triage nurse eventually appeared after 3/4 hour wait. Only one doctor on duty so a further anticipated wait of over 3 hours. Three on reception and no incoming patients so they had nothing to do. I was asked for urine sample. One wc closed. The other two blocked to the rims with water and human excrement. Wet toilet tissue draped all over the seats and on the floor. A shortage of cleaners too? Disgusting and a health hazard. A major new research hospital and A&E is the most disgusting place you would be unfortunate enough to need.
