All the doctors and nurses have always been caring , even when now when they are very overworked . I have always been treated with kindness curtesy and frankness when required .

Phone line nobody answers it for ages. You can be waiting on somebody to answer your call for over 20 minutes and still not get speak to anyone, this is regular - even when your told 'you are number 1 in the que'. Then you can't even get an appointment. Waiting time is 2/3 weeks for an appointment In addition to this they have a VERY annoying notice saying 'it costs the NHS over 3 million a year due to non-attending patients' yet expect you to wait for 30 mins on hold to cancel an appointment AND have an inadequate telephone system.

Hard to get appointment unless you are fit enough to be at the surgery at 8 a.m Pre-booked appointments have waiting time of 2 or 3 weeks sometimes more

I struggled to get an appointment at first for my baby.

I rang early in the morning to be told there were no appointments and to either ring back tomorrow or book one for a couple of days time.

My partner then rung the surgery in his lunch break at work and managed to get a sit and wait appointment from 4.30pm. Why wasn't I told this on the phone in the morning?

When we finally saw the Dr, he was so friendly, caring and really good with my baby. A real credit to the team!

Appointments were running behind, so there was a delay of around 20 minutes. When I was seen, the Doctor was polite and reassuring.

Can always see a doctor even if your own is not available. most of the receptionists are OK. never had a problem with prescriptions.
