Disappointed

All went well at first with getting the support on trying contact lenses but going back and give them an update on review of the contacts was a bit negative from them I've been waiting to try different contact lenses and I have not heard from them for over week when they said it would only take 3 days when I did call this the phone you back in an hour and they never did and I'm still waiting to hear from them I may have to go somewhere else as this doesn't work for me.
