Forest Row Medical Centre used to be excellent, now failing....difficult to get same day appointments

No record of referral

I had an endoscopy in August and then received a phone call from my Doctor 2 weeks later at which he said I was being referred to a consultant in the Gastro Intestinal unit. 3 weeks later I had heard nothing, I phoned the surgery back and they said they had no record of this.

I phoned Pembury and Maidstone hospital who also had no record of this.

I phoned back the surgery who said they would re-send the request. I am still waiting for an appointment
