Sending letter instead of emails, wasting money, only one day and appointment time available for pelvic health group, no explanation why I have to come to group or wear 'comfy clothing', incorrect ansaphone message, nobody answering phone, info missing from letter.

My experience was wonderful, I did not feel any pain at all apart from the injections, I waited for five minutes, they was so friendly made me feel relaxed, the nurse there was also very friendly, we talked and laughed about old programs that used to be on TV, The nurse called me a cab, and I waited fifteen minutes with my feet up to stop the bleeding, I suppose I enjoyed this visit more because these lovely people were the first I had spoken to in days,.

Long wait over something that takes 5 minutes and people arriving after yourself getting seen first

I saw a lovely lady who normalised my experience and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable.

I called a couple of days ago and they said I needed to call back at 8am to arrange an appointment. At 8am on Tuesday I called them 25 times. Each time clicking '1' to speak to a receptionist and each time I've spent 6 mins on the phone for it to automatically hang up. Needless to say I've also gone down at 8am previously to be sitting there for over 2 hours and having to leave to collect my daughter from nursery. Very annoying as I need a check up and new contraception and I can't arrange an appointment to do so.
