Every time I go I see a different trainee

Trainee's need to learn that's fine but I don't want examining me every time. The last time I went the guy didn't seem to know what he was doing. I also resent the use of a 0844 contact number.

I can't praise this practice enough. Appointments always on time, complete check up and clear explanations given. Receptionists very polite and understanding.
