Terrible
February 10, 2021
The doctors are rude and don't want to listen to you. My family members have had similar bad experiences and we are fed up. I don't trust the doctors anymore and it has contributed to terrible anxiety.
Well the Doctors are not too bad at their jobs

Well it comes down to getting an appointment 1st you are told there are none so ring back in the morning at 8.30 or you are told open surgery on a Mon. or Fri. Now to get out by 1.30pm you have to be at the door by 8.30am any later and thats your day over with which I find hard to do as I'm disabled and relies on a P/a to help me in the morning witch means no matter how hard I/we try I'm not ready before 9.30am Since they have now taken on 2 more Surgery's you could live right next door to them but because you don't live in the main surgery post code then you can't register with them meaning you have to travel some 2 to 3 miles to get seen by a doctor.
Great Surgery

We have been with the surgery for nearly 40 years and have always had great care from them. Never had a problem seeing a Doctor and even in these strange times they respond quickly to any query.
Not good enough!

I prefer to use my own surgery at Little Ridge Surgery, but I can only see my GP on a Friday IF I am very lucky to even get an appointment! I am a full time wheelchair user so Little Ridge Surgery is easier for parking my van. Getting an appointment full stop is a pain in not circumstances (i,e not during the Covid-19 epidemic) there isn't enough space in this box to explain all the problems.
