Horrendous

They refused to make reasonable accessibility accommodations (instead, acting smarmy when I requested such) which led to me not being able to communicate or receive necessary information about my care. They also gave me false information regarding my care.
The staff absolutely refused to stop talking- to the point I was barely given 2 seconds to respond to questions they asked before they'd just repeat the same word vomit at me, regardless of whether I'd started responding. They also made presumptuous statements about my ability as if they were fact- extremely poor practice given they'd yet to actually run any tests, thus shouldn't be stating the results.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Boot's opticians George St Hove. The assistant who advised me was very helpful, friendly and gave me excellent advice. I am very pleased with my new glasses.
