Boots the Chemists - Priory Meadow, Hastings


Awful communication/service

Nothing online to say the pharmacy is closed for lunch until 2.30pm. A sign that is not very visible says as much - but had not been altered today when the assistant came out at 2.30pm to say the pharmacist had gone to lunch late so wouldn't be coming back till 3pm. The other staff apparently couldn't handle a refund without the pharmacist!
