Waited 49 minutes to reach the counter

Went to collect a prescription and discovered a queue some 15 people long with only one person at the counter. There were two chairs which were occupied and everyone else was standing. On reaching the counter I asked why the long queue and wait - advised this was the managements staffing level. Somewhat indifferent to the needs of patients waiting or their ability to stand and wait.
