Pharmacy in-store awful.

March 26, 2021
BOOTS SEAFORD BRANCH.
I've memory issues, various disabilities including CPTSD & lung disease, govt letter high risk of covid19 & as such boots is PAID by our taxpayers via govt to deliver medication free during lockdowns.
Awful service. The telephone is rarely answered. If it is, it's often by people not attached to pharmacy & they won't or cannot pass your call over.
There's no way to email the individual store's pharmacists. They don't ensure I have prescriptions at the right time, I don't always get told when it's ready & the staff in-store are mostly really rude & dismissive. If the nice staff are off duty-free I don't get heard at all!! Considering I'm not supposed to even come into the store for my own safety I am disgusted.
Boots.. you're supposed to be helping vulnerable people but to be honest you've made my life much harder & my anxiety levels shoot thru the roof every month at your tendency to blame the customer (me.. remember I've got memory probs!!) or the GP!!

Run out of meds regularly despite doing EVERYTHING I can to ensure i have support. Useless.

Used to be trustworthy. Not any more....
