Poor communication and no patient focus
No idea what is going on with this practice. Constantly understaffed, nearly impossible to get through to, online 'triage' system often doesn't work, staff appear stressed and can be rude/dismissive. Poor communication. One GP contradicts another GP GP not recording information accurately, information goes missing Having to constantly explain the same thing to multiple people (GP, practitioner....) because you never seem to be able to have consistent care Being made to feel you are impinging on their time, that you are wasting their time, that you are malingering or making things up or a bother. Referrals not being made or hindered/delayed - despite ALL the information being there at hand GP's interpreting results/information differently (back to being told one thing , then another thing by someone else, then getting a phone call for XYZ and having to explain things ALL over again) Absolutely no patient care or understanding, this surgery seems to have little understanding (tolerance?) of anything invisible (conditions) Ignoring parts of a complaint and cherry picking what they want to respond to Used to be a fantastic surgery - helpful, kind, patient focused, now having to contact them induces anxiety and delaying doing so. It's exhausting and frustrating trying to talk with anyone at this surgery.
