No appointments. Prescription wrote in error
Family of 4, 2 adults, 1 toddler, 1 baby, în the last year out of 20times we had an emergency, only one time we got an appointment. Most of the times we had to visit A&E. Each time for anything we have to stay on the phone for 1-3hours to speak with anyone, after 1h it disconnects so you have to call again. Treatment for the same condition being put on different prescription, not combined. Requested treatment for the condition, only sent a prescription to the pharmacy. I can't have one without the other. Requested a document, they even refused to provide the refusal in writing...
