Collington Surgery

I had an specialised appointment at Collington Surgery which merged last year with Pebsham and Sea Road. I am a patient at Pebsham. The Collington staff noticed my blood pressure was a little high and wanted to see me again. However, although they are merged, they were unable to see me again and had to try and make me an appointment at Pebsham, which didn't really work and was complex for the reception staff to achieve. Surely if the surgeries are merged, I should be able to see an HCA at any of the three surgeries for a blood pressure check? It didn't really make any sense to me.

I phone them they phone me back rather quick. I discuss my problem they book me in that same day. Always caring and understanding I never feel uncomfortable going to see them.

I have never had any problems receptionist are lovely they try there best to help you Dr's listen and have helped me and my family so much alway get appointment on the day or at the least a telephone call

I love the telephone triage system in place at this surgery. I work long hours, and taking time to see a GP is always the least priority - however this enables me to get some quick advice and ascertain whether an actual appointment is really necessary. And because of how they run things, I always get an appointment within 24hours.
