Conquest Hospital


Receptionist has never been welcoming

I have visited the outpatients clinic on the 3rd floor for a number of pregnancy scans - the receptionist has not once come across as approachable and I always find that she finds it an effort to engage with patients. When I visited today, she was on the telephone and instead of asking me to wait, she thought it would be a good idea to try and do 2 things at once and communicate with me while in the middle of the conversation. It would be nice to visit just once and have a nice experience.
