Diabetes Care For You

I was referred after having a severe problem with my type 2 diabetes following Covid. My blood sugar levels had gone sky high and I did not know why. The wonderful lady I met, told me "it was not your fault" which made me feel so much better. Their system is brilliant, and I can contact them direct if I need to. I saw a dietician through them, who guided me on the path to a new eating regime. I was also offered and attended a session, to advise me on how to manage my new addition of daily insulin. Their podiatry department is also very quick and sympathetic. All together a well organised team of people who know what they are doing and help during difficult times. I cannot praise them enough for helping me through a scary difficult time.
