Stone Cross, Pevensey Bay and Westham Surgery

Difficulty in getting face to face appointment and when I did get to see my Dr he didn't even know that I had previously been x-rayed for my hip and hadn't been X rayed for my knee. My hip was first x-rayed 4 years ago and it took 6 months to get seen for my knee and then ended up going private to get x-rays done which show both hip and knee need replacing! Feel very badly let down by the system in place at the Stone cross and Pevensey surgeries!

Too long a wait to get an appointment. I have to go and queue for an appointment from 8.30am, but you can usually get same day appointment before midday. I've spoken to other patients who experience the same issue.

A succession of various health problems caused me to seek help on several occasions in short succession last year and each time I was seen promptly or contacted back by phone (my choice to be rung on those occasions). I have seen various doctors and also practice nurses and all are pleasant, approachable and professional. The surgery staff are also very nice to deal with and are professional and approachable. Thank you

Excellent GP - very thorough

Fantastic service - prompt, efficient, easy to get appointments, prescriptions and repeat prescriptions. All staff helpful, polite.

Can't fault them

GP recently retired, new GP doesn't seem as efficient, does not remember seeing me from one appointment to the other.

Having said that, GP (old and new) have been efficient in referring me to the DGH
