poor communication& appointment waste of time

Attended Eye Clinic in DGH in December 2019. At the end of the consultation was told I need to be seen by the Consultant as too much going on in the eye. Had another appointment in February 2020. When I arrived in clinic, told I would be seen by the same Dr. I queried this to be told he would have spoken to the Consultant. I left the clinic with the knowledge I already had. What a waste of NHS time and money
