Helpful and professional

Given the burden of appointment availability versus number of patients that most GP surgeries seem to work under, I have never failed to get an appointment.
Most things have been dealt with satisfactorily by a telephone appointment, the GP calling always seems to be on the ball when checking my notes, etc. When I needed to be seen in person I was given an appointment for the same day.
Unlike other services I've been with in the past, I feel listened to, my opinions taken on board and am not treated like an idiot just because I'm not a healthcare professional.
The dispensing service is excellent, the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Would recommend this surgery to anyone.

Very good surgery & dispensing - responsible monitoring or prescription medicines.
