Very helpful receptionist when I had a crisis

I had been unable to remove a contact lens for 4 days. I rang my own Opticians, Specsavers, and spoke to a very unhelpful and to be frank, snotty, receptionist who told me I couldn’t be seen until Thursday and to go to A&E. Elliott & Green was amazingly kind and helpful. Telling me to come at 9.30 in the morning and she was sure I would be seen. What a difference. Hats off to them. Well done. 10/10 for help and support.
