Newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic

Diagnosis explained ,introduced to course Ester at Conquest Hospital,
Supported by GP and Practice Nurse and feel confidant in treatment I am receiving from practice.
I can always get an appointment and all staff are friendly and professional in their approach to patients.
