Heathfield Surgery


Bad service, hard to get an appointment.

Very difficult to get an appointment, once you eventually get through reception staff can be very blunt. You end up being on hold for over half an hour to be told there no appointments. It shouldn't be down to luck of the draw to where you get placed in the queue. There is a also a lack of professionalism with many of the doctors as well.
