50 mins waiting time UNACCEPTABLE??

Appt 10am arrived 9.50am. Tried to book in on screen. This wasn't working. So waited at reception. Was NOT informed Dr Adam was running late. I sat waiting patiently with many patients coming in a long time after myself. I appreciate your offering a mixed of appointments. I went to check why the long wait. To be total I'm next patient. I was asked to wait 5 more minutes. Which I did for another 10mins. I have anxiety this situation was so triggering me. I wanted to talk to reception again. But with 4 people waiting. I just left feeling upset & angry. Ive wasted my fuel and time. Getting to surgery to sort an health issue out. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. I feel like I'm unimportant to the surgery. I don't bother alot of the times I feel ill. As I can't cope with the upset. No one has rang me to apologise for this situation
